Company Secretary and Member of the Board

Kaspar graduated in 1985 from the Bern University's School of Agricultural Forest and Food Sciences with a Bachelor degree (BSc BFH) in Agronomy.

From 1988 to 1992 he worked as an Assistant Director in a Rural Training Centre in Cameroon. The main task was to work with local farmers on soil conservation and agroforestry systems. He was in charge of the Tree Planting Programme which included a large number of local tree nurseries. He focussed on the use of local trees in agroforestry systems and carried out many trials with local and exotic tree species in the Rural Training Centre's tree nursery and under local farming conditions. With his team he established an arboretum with about 80 tree species.

Due to family needs he returned back to Switzerland in 1992 where he graduated in a Teachers Training College 1994.

Since then he teaches adolescents on the Secondary School level in Schaffhausen, Switzerland.

In 2013 he became a founding member of Agribusiness Consulting International.
